Spotlight on Anita Kerwin-Nye - Outdoor Citizens Campaign

Anita has a life time interest in outdoor learning and residentials and helped set up the Learning Away Consortium.

She has been working with Outdoor Council and its members for the last 2 years with a particular focus on developing sector capacity and collaboration.

Anita is the main driving force in the establishment of the Outdoor Citizens campaign and is an avid supporter of the development of a progressive model for schools (to be piloted throughout 2019).

Anita has recently joined YHA as their Director of Strategy and Engagement and continues to push for greater collaboration across the sector in pursuit of increased access to the outdoors for all children and young people.

Anita will be joining us at our conference and will be discussing how you can get involved with the 'Outdoor Citizen's campaign' and sharing research results from EFF – Education Endowment Foundation.
