Catering at all centres

SOLD have been awarded the Eat Out Eat Well Gold Standard Award, which means Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD's) highly trained catering staff provide healthy eating options, increased fruit and vegetables and decreased fat, sugar and salt.

SOLD can cater for most specialised diets, for instance, vegetarians, coeliacs and guests with food allergies. All meals are freshly prepared on site.

Please discuss any special dietary requirements at least two weeks ahead of your booking to ensure SOLD has the correct information.

We can provide catering for meetings and conferences at any centre.

Light Buffet Lunch Sample Menu

• Selection of baguettes and sandwiches
• Two hot savouries
• Possible options include honey sesame sausages, bahjis, samosas, mini quiche, baby roastie potatoes, chicken wings, sausage roll crudités and dips
• Crisps or Tortillas
• Mixed salad and coleslaw
• Fresh fruit
• Homemade selection of muffins, cookies and cakes.
• Tea and Coffee
• The selection of options is made by our catering team.

Individual packed lunches and not buffet style as SOLD cannot provide serving dishes or spoons, plates, bowls or cutlery etc.
