Teepee rules, guidelines and checklist

  • The teepee or bell tent floor is covered by foam matting, which is then covered by a ground sheet. As a minimum groups will need to bring a roll mat (sleeping mat) and a sleeping bag.
  • The teepees are used for camping and there is no electricity in the teepees. There is electricity in the marquees at High Ashurst but not at Thames Young Mariners..
  • All our centres are quiet sites between 23:00 and 06:00.
  • Emergency contact number is located on the office door or will be given to you on arrival.
  • Please report any suspicious visitors to staff.
  • Please stay away from other groups/campsite users, stay out of fenced off areas and do not approach the wildlife.
