Designing your programme
The programme Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD) will design for your team depends on the length of your visit, particular requirements you may have, such as catering and accommodation, and what you really want to achieve with your visit.
Every employee is unique and should be supported in a way that effectively capitalises on their individual characteristics. Our experience shows that professional development in the outdoors delivers a real return on investment through increased productivity, motivation and staff retention.
SOLD's team development programmes are designed to promote self-evaluation, thus enabling an employee to identify their own core strengths and potential limitations. Participants are encouraged to formulate an action plan with the aim of enhancing personal performance back in the workplace.
